Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is not a consumable product (needles, inks, cartridges, or any single-use supplies are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations)
  • Proof of purchase is included

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our customers and in compliance with health regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Tattoo needles and cartridges (all series)
  • Tattoo inks and pigments
  • Aftercare products (once opened)
  • Bandages and hygienic supplies
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale"

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [contact email] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [contact email] within 7 days of receiving your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item): we cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Our return policy is designed to comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the United States, you may have additional rights under federal and state regulations. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
